I was able to find the cups and lids I needed, and they actually had the colors I wanted in stock, which isn’t always the case on other sites. Ordering was straightforward too. That said, the whole experience felt a bit impersonal, like I was just being moved along and not really acknowledged as a customer...

My KeepCup showed up fine and was packed well, so no complaints there. Shipping took longer than I expected though, and the tracking updates was useless most of the time. It wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying when I was waiting for it to arrive

"Super easy to use and order from"
I found KeepCup really easy to use, honestly. Like i said, everything just made sense, the menu was clear, the product pages loaded fast, and I could compare sizes and colours without feeling like I was clicking around forever.

Checkout was just as simple too. No weird extra steps, no annoying popups, and the info was clear without being too much. Like i said, it made the whole thing stress free for just buying a cup.

"Replacement part kept my cup going"
From what I remember, finding the replacement lid piece was really easy, and it saved me from having to buy a whole new cup. Definitely worth it.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My KeepCup showed up in one piece, so overall it was fine, but the packaging didn’t exactly feel great. The box had a few dents and looked like it had maybe been tossed around a bit in transit.
The cup itself wasn’t damaged, which is the main thing, I suppose. Still, for the price, I kind of expected it to be packed a little more securely. Not a disaster, just not especially impressive either

"Cool ways to make it feel like yours"
I really liked being able to choose the colors and different parts, it made the cup feel more personal. Took me a while to pick what I wanted tho lol. It looks nice in the end, I just wish more of the combos wasn’t always out of stock.

I been using my KeepCup for a few weeks now and it’s been great. I chuck it in my work bag most days and it hasn’t leaked once. The lid feels nice and snug, and no coffee spills yet, which is a win for me. Happy with it.

The lid is simple, but like I said, it works really well. The seal fits snugly, and I haven’t had any coffee leak into my bag so far. It’s also easy to clean, which, like I said, ended up mattering to me more than I expected.

"Easy to clean and still looks good"
I’ve been using my KeepCup for a few weeks now, mostly for work, and the main thing I’ve noticed is how easy it is to clean. The lid comes apart without turning into a whole thing, which I appreciate, and it hasn’t started holding onto that stale coffee smell like a couple of my old cups did. I usually just rinse it out when I’m done and then give it a proper wash later at night. So far it still looks nice too, even after being tossed around a bit. Really happy with it

I’ve been using my KeepCup for a few months now, mostly for my morning coffee runs and taking drinks with me to work. Overall, it’s been nice for everyday use. The lid still fits okay, and as long as I keep it upright, it doesn’t really leak much. That said, it’s started to look a bit more worn than I thought it would by now. The outside scratched up quickly, and the lid feels a little looser than it did when I first got it. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, but for the price, I was expecting it to hold up a little better.

i mean, the drinks stay okay in it, so it does the job for the most part. It’s just that sipping from it feels a bit awkward sometimes, which makes it not my favorite to use every day.

I’ve been using KeepCup for a while now, it’s been really reliable. The cup feels sturdy, doesn’t leak in my bag as long as you close it properly, and it’s definitely lasted longer than the cheaper ones I’ve had before. I also like that the brand comes across as honest and straightforward about what they do. Ordering was easy too, so yeah, I’d happily buy from them again.

"Quick everyday cup"
I’ve been using my keepcup pretty much every day, usually while running out the door. It’s simple, does what it’s meant to, and I like knowing it comes from a brand that actually seems to care about waste and fair production. No fuss, just a solid cup

I’m annoyed with this. It keeps my coffee hot for a little while, sure, but it cools down way faster than I expected. If it’s supposed to help keep drinks hot, then it’s not really doing its job. Feels like I wasted my money on something that was made to sound better than it actually is
